The PVKK Degree & P.G College has been established in 1999-2000, under Sri Balaji Educational Society. The Founder of the Society is Dr. PALLE RAGHUNATHA REDDY garu, who achieved 10 National awards as educationist, and did as IT Minister with four more portfolios in newly formation of Andhra Pradesh State as politician.

Being the Educationist, with the intension of spreading quality education among the students, he upgraded the Degree College to PG level .
